1. If, for whatever reason, you become disatisfied with your home purchase, I guarantee to sell your present home or I wil buy it myself for an up front guaranteed price which I'll give to you in writing.

2. If you receive an offer that is higher than the quaranteed price from an outside buyer, you get the higher offer, not me.
